Job description
Boreal Travel is seeking experienced bus drivers for the 2025 tourist season. Main tasks include transporting cruise passengers and carrying out transfers and tours in key locations across Norway. The role offers a unique opportunity to work in a scenic environment and in an international setting.

We offer

Fixed-term contract with a Norwegian employer
Basic gross salary during training: approx. NOK 41,000/month with full availability
Full-time: 35.5 hours/week (154 hours/month)
Overtime compensation: +50% above 154 hours/month
Night shift bonuses: +50% (22:00–01:00, 05:00–05:30) and +100% (01:00–05:00)
12% holiday pay (feriepenger)
Free single-room accommodation or subsidy up to NOK 7,000
Covered travel costs to/from Norway
Possibility to extend the contract or return in the next season
Assistance with required documentation and permits
Option to take time off to visit home country during the season

Requirements

Valid D category driving licence and valid Code 95
Experience in bus/coach driving
Driver card and knowledge of digital tachograph use
Ability to maintain vehicle cleanliness and care for equipment
Communicative English skills
High personal standards, motivation, and team orientation

Preferred

Norwegian Tax Number
Valid kjøreseddel
Experience driving in Scandinavia
Background in tourism-related services
