Seasonal Greenkeeper wanted
Utsikten Golf Club in Kvinesdal is seeking one seasonal greenkeeper for the 2026 season, with the possibility of permanent employment for the right candidate.
You will become part of our dedicated course maintenance team, working to ensure outstanding playing conditions for our members and guests. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical outdoor work, takes pride in visible results, and wants to contribute to a professional and quality-focused environment.

Position Details
✔ Title: Greenkeeper / Course Maintenance Worker
✔ Employment Type: Full-time seasonal (100%)
✔ Start Date: By agreement, preferably as soon as possible
✔ Working Hours: Daytime shifts, weekdays (rotational schedule may apply)
✔ Work Location: On-site only (no remote work)
✔ Language: Norwegian or English
✔ Number of Positions: 1

Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who:
✔ Enjoys physical outdoor work throughout the season
✔ Has strong attention to detail and understands that quality matters
✔ Has experience from golf course maintenance, landscaping, park maintenance, or similar (preferred, but not required)
✔ Handles machinery and equipment safely and responsibly
✔ Works independently while contributing positively to a team
✔ Is reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of assigned tasks

Key responsibilities
✔ Mowing greens, fairways, and other playing areas
✔ Maintenance of bunkers, tee boxes, and practice areas
✔ Grass trimming and general turf care
✔ Ensuring the course is well-presented, tidy, and ready for play every day
✔ Performing practical maintenance tasks as required throughout the season
